Banzai is a Japanese cheer that means "Ten Thousand Years" and is frequently used in celebrations or toasts. In Hawaii, it is also the name of one of the most famous surf breaks in the world..... the Banzai Pipeline. For us, we believe it has the potential to become a world famous burger as well, so why not yell "Banzai!" to celebrate taking your first big bite and toasting with an ice-cold beer!
